hmm, I don't have a cule what the start menu, and run command are called in german.

Anyways with the latest version of vobsub, you should have a link to vobsub configure in Start->Programs->vobsub folder (see screen shot)

meant is starting some application via run a command or german:

du gehst auf Start - Ausführen - und gibst hier dann entweder command oder cmd ein, du kommst dann in die dos eingabeaufforderung, die du auch anders aufrufen könntest unter start-programme-zubehör glaub ich
