Best Audio (MP3 AVR) Interleave size for divx-xvid avis?

etween how many frames/ms do you interleave the audio?

I want to know what is the optimal setting

For MP3s, there are many settings that will work well enough. I have been using Interleaving every 1000ms for a year and there has been no problem at all.

Some people says is better to interleave audio between 1 frame, but doing it that way it gives me probleeems with some players... I will try 1000ms, thanks!
