xvid problems

i'm having ALOT of problem with xvid files, the most recent one is with THE RING, my viewer (RADlight) is unable to play it, i have Nimo codec pack 5 build 8 installed, help anyone?

Many people have experienced problems with the NIMO Codec Pack.

Instead, install the Tsunamic Codec pack, selecting only the codecs you actually need (custom installation). BSPLAYER and WMP 6.4 are good media players.

how do i know what Codecs i really need, and do the players you wrote have subtitles option?
