i can't rip my dvd...

i have "Freddie Mercury Tribute Concert" now.. i started ripping it with smartripper.. but it always stucks when it comes to 12%.. i tried 3 times and in all 3 it stucked at the same place.. searching the key section works almost half an hour and it never passes 12%.. it happens first time to me with smartripper.. what should i do??? masters, help me...

Is your dvd scratched or dirty?
