i am trying to run the program TMPGEnc and encode one of my divx files to a vcd. I am getting this error at the last step called " error missing p3package.dll ". has anyone ever seen this error before. OR does anyone know of a better way to encode a divx file to a vcd. any help would be appreciated

i downloaded the file. am i supposed to convert a d2v file or can i not use an already ripped divx movie. I'm asking this because VFAPI seems to be just a program that converts d2v files to VFAPI files. The converted file that i got was like 12 mb. ok thanks.
