DivX 5.03 CODEC stuttering

I have run the new codec on two machines: Athlon XP2000+ with a KT400 chipset and Athlon XP2200+ with an Nforce II chipset - both running Win98SE.

Both machine stutter - but when I check CPU utilization I'm only maxing at 70%.

I'm using DivX 2.0 player for playback.

Any thoughts.

Use BSPLAYER or WMP 6.4 instead.

It DivX Player 2.0 worked fine on 5.02...
