    tempegnc problem with xvid

    i can encode the video but it is the size of the screen after it is encoded. it is like watching a f u c k i n g stamp on the screen.
    i have tried various combinations but with no sucess.
    the movies im trying to do are the ring and red dragon.
    oohh and im encoding them to burn on dvd if that makes any differece.
    please somebody help me

      sorry mate, i dont know what you mean.
      i just downloaded the film. appended them together using vitual dub and them tried to encode them for 10 mins then i stopped the encode to see if it works but it is just so small.
      if you can fix this so it looks like it does before the encode your the man

        I just reread your post and seen it a DVD your trying to create.
        Again, you should use a DVD template in TMPGEnc.
        File/Project Wizard (or CTRL-W)

        Get the latest TMPGEnc encoder (demo has 30day MPEG-2 creation)

          thats what im doing.

          i put it on pal, then next.
          then i have tried it in various settings in the ratio and full screen and center, but i can find a decent size of screen to view this all are like small

            Install FFDShow and tick XviD during install.

            Doublecheck settings in TMPGEnc.
