    Audio sync problem ! (mp3-vbr)

    Hi,

I'm trying to extract the audio from divx files so i can add them as audio streams for dvd authoring.

But the audio seems to keep losing sync. I tried several things:

    1. Nandub -> save wav
    - Rename to mp3
    - Decode to wav
    - Encode to.mp2 (with headac3he)

    2. Save wav (with nandub)
-with audio in Full processing mode

I always lose sync. please help me.

(i for now hate VBR )

      still no good

I tried, but the mp3 file looks the same like virtualdub creates.
The length of the audio 1:40:21 is the same as the video file..

      I just don't get it.
VirtualdubMOD also start with a warning concerning the VBR !

      call me a dummy..

i have extracted the audio using visualdub from a divx movie to convert to vcd, but nothing i try brings the audio in sync. with the video. it starts off fine but as the movie progresses the audio and video stray more.

im a newbie and dont know too many things about this.
and anything u may suggest will be of great help.

          thanks.
