Sound, No Video

Hi! i have downloaded a Movie, then when I try to play it in divx it says i was missing a file "xvid" i downloaded the files but it's still not working, here is what I did download

DivX503Bundle.exe and
XviD-04102002-1.exe

Now when I play the movie I have sound but no video, its just black. Any suggestion.
