    IM NEW AND I WAS WONDERIND:
    DOES IT REALLY TAKE ABOUT 16 HOURS TO CONVERT AN AVI TO VCD FILE WITH TMPGEnc . IT HAPPENED SO IN MY CASE
    ?!?!?!?!?!?!?

    It's possible, depending upon both your system configuration and the settings you use in TMPGEnc (espcially if you UNNECESSARILY select "High Quality")...

      now when i finished waiting for that program he gives me this:
      the sound volume is low
      and the sound is about 2-3sec ahead from picture, so i cannot watch like that
