problem's encoding/burning xvid with nero

Hi I'm a bit of a newbie, recently solved my xvid cutting problem, but now when nero burning rom version 5.5.9.14 encode's then burns the movie. Near the end the voices start not to match up! When I play the movie back on my computer the problem doesn't exist, so I know it has to be happening durning the encoding process? So if anyone can give me some advice it would be greatly appreciated.

Also I'm using Virtualdub Mod for cutting xvid's and it usually works great but with the movie "Sweet Home Alabama". I can't seem to cut it properly; the voices end up out of sync.

For your converting use TMPGenc, and only nero to burn the movie.
