Can I shift/synch sound and video?

Hi. I have this problem with an XviD and just this one. The sound seems to come a little like, like 50-100 ms late, so you can see the mouth move a little bit before voice comes out. Is there a tool I can use to shift the sound back and forth - I don't know which direction to shift it.

I read about that "speed-up" issue in XviD, but other movies encoded in XviD have not had that speed-up, so I'm not sure what's up with this.

Thanks. The movie seems to play normally sometimes, so I guess I'll just leave it like that.

If it plays fine sometimes make sure you don't have any extra programs running while playing your file
