    i'm using vdubmod

    and encoding with divx 5.0.2

    resized to 352 197

    heres the file info

    FourCC code: Divx 3 Low-Motion
    Decompressor: Divx MPEG-4 3920 Low

    Compression: Fraunhofer IIS MPEG Layer-3 Codec
    Sampling Rate: 44100hz

    corrupt or fake file?

    maybe the rest of the file infos could help deciding if the file is a fake or not.

    did you try to scan the video for errors in vd and then save it to a new file?

        ya i scanned it and it didn't make a difference. its only when i put it in full processing mode that i get this error. plus i was able to play the movie.

          make sure you have divx3 installed

          playback is no pronblem through divx5 or other playback filter; full processing mode, however, requires divx3.
