Convert. KISS Dvd player

Hello all..
I just bought a KISS-DP-500 player, and disvovered that this cannot play DIVX-3 format. Thats a pitty since I have some good movies with this encoding.
My question is, which software to use in order to convert to Divx 4-5 ??
