    DivX to VCD Problems

I have a DivX movie and want to burn it to a VCD to watch it on my DVD player.

I don't understand a lot of this but this is what GSpot says:

    Video Format: DivX 5.0 - DX50/divx
    Audio Format: 0x0055(MP3) ID'd as MPEG-1 Layer 3

The now plays OK after I installed the ffdshow MPEG-4 Video Decoder but Vegas Video cant build the peaks for the audio and goes a bit mad when you burn the cd. TMPEnc creates an mpeg file with no audio.

    Any help would be appreciated

    Sorry

After posting this I noticed another post that talked about changing the priorities of DirectShow Multimedia File Reader. I did this and it seems to be working.
