Encoding Problems with divx

Using smart ripper to rip dvd to hdd. start encoding with divx and on completion I have 3 mpeg files. the only problem is the first 2 are fine but the last on goes back to the start of the movie instead of finishing the movie. can anyone help...

Not sure, perhaps it didn't rip properly.
Did you use DVD2AVI to create a d2v project?

You can then review it mediaplayer to check.

If it's OK, use Flask to create the AVI....
