    Video upside down?

I've been happily creating divx avi files for some time with Flask (latest version). All of a sudden, the resulting avi files have the video upside down plus L-> R reversed, I think. It happened with 2 different DVDs. I've looked at all the settings and can't see how this could have happened. I have been experimenting with higher bit rates and think this is the only setting I've tampered with. No resize, no keep aspect ratio, no frame rate twiddling, no crop, etc.

    What's going on??

Use GordionKnot to encode your movies... Use FFDShow to decode your movies. Go to configuration under misc you can flip your video there.

      To Seth

Do previously created DivX-compressed .AVIs now also play upside down?

If so, have you recently installed a codec "pack" that included a file named "DivXG400"? If so, delete that file (It's probably residing in your Windows\System directory)...
