File With Telesynch, Telecine, Cam

I been getting movies file & other with Telesynch, Telecine, Cam in the Files name before it state the file type avi.mpeg, ect. Now when I load the file to check on the properties I get summary properties are unavailable for the selected source and if I try to check then in VirtualDub under file infor. cannot determine file tpye. How the file looks after download bad boys 2 telecine.avi.
Like to know how or if a person can change this so it just a avi,mpeg file without the Telesynch, Cam, Telecine. Hav e try TMPGE and all it does is lock up for me which is v2.520 the new one out.

That has nothing to do with Fileformat Avi/Mpg or codec DIVX/XVID/etc...

It just describes how it was recorded.
With a cam, cam with tripod, from DVD/VHS.
just ignore it.
It seems your file is damaged or you havend the right codec installed!
Try the tools CodecViewer or Divfix!
