I try to convert a mpeg file to avi.After 1:48 mins in the conversion this error pops up."Error decoding mpeg audio frame 3797 (1:39): incomplete frame".How do I fix this?

Audio Problem

It's a MPEG-1.I try virtualdub to convert and the error above pops up and I try flask mpeg and it keep crashing after 1:30 mins.
