bicubic video resizer without Re encodeing?

Hey dudes

Is there any way to resize divx video and save it without Re encodeing it. Its so I can play them on my new yamada dvx-6100 divx player the only problem with it is that it plays most films with a black border due to res.

Thats a shame The only thing I found was a bicubic filter for directshow which resizes it in real time when played if only it was possable to use this filter and save the new video.
