    DivX 5.1, crappy quality?

ok been testing DivX 5.1 for a couple days now.

I did one piece of video and it came out sweet, it actually looked better then DivX 5.0.5, well to me at least. the problem i cant remember what settings i used.

now i did a piece last night and i used GMC, Qpix, and B-Frames and pyschovisual disabled and it came out like crap. Now i remember in the past with DivX 5.0.2 and 5.0.5 that a couple of these options arent nescessary for encoding. Also, in 5.1 i dont see the option for BiDirectional encoding, has this been removed?

if yall can help with which are the best options to use for 5.1, itd be much appreciated. i apologize i just cant remember which options were useless.

Those options are in the profiles. Select like High Def and you'll find those options in there.

Pro 5.0.5 is a great codec, since using multi pass never been dissapointed.
