AVI to DVD

I have some downloaded AVI files which I would like to convert to DVD, Oh dear!

Can anyone help please.

Many thanks for this info. but you are a brave person, where can I get the DVD2AVI and the DVD-Lab programs from, I promise I will get better at this.
