How have no problem, in 23fps to 25 fps conversion!!!!!!!

(excuse me for my english...) finally, i find the way.

1. extract audio (in wave)
2. change audio-framerate with "besweet"
3. use "tmpgenc" with xvid video, with new audio but don't forget to select in "advanced": do not framerate conversion.
