Hi All,
I am trying to use DivX v 5.1.1 encoder with XMPEG to encode a ripped DVD...
I chose a 2 pass compression with a bit rate of about 900 Kbs-1.
My big problem is the following:
everything seems to be fine (good picture quality) when I try on a small sample (till 10000 frames), BUT when I encode the whole movie, the picture quality is very crappy (lots of squares and remainancy).
Does anyone meet this kind of problem before?
Do you happen to know whether DivX has some limitations compared to DivX pro version?
Greetings!
Sylvain
