Capture from TV Card in Xvid

I have a problem with capturing video. I have TV-tuner (FastCom TV) card and when I capture video, directly do XVID everything is displayed OK, but when i am playing that video is rotated 180 and flipped horizontally. Where is the problem? In Card or in Software?

in FFDSHOW for example you will find an option to *flip video* which will solve your problem
