Help with .gi files

Hi i really need help i got the matrix reloaded dvd which i read the other post on it but it didnt help me. I turned it into a iso using the batch file and did all that then i burned it to a dvd+r and a dvd-r just to see if one works....well it works on my pc running in cyberlink powerdvd perfectly,but not in my dvd player well neither one of them my portable panasonic lv-60 or my other old one in my room could someone help me i think i might have to make it ntfs or something. If anyone can help me thanks!
