How to encode a divx file

Hi,

I just bought this cool system from Http://www.Banginghits.net.

It has this PVR software that lets me encode divx files. Im trying
to find a software that can do this.
Please help!

I took a look and couldn't find what you were referring to. I'm a bit puzzled by the fact that the software allows you to encode to DivX, but you are looking for software???? (scratches head)

I have also tested your link.
I must say, but I would be a little reluctant
buying software from a company, that is not able
to set up a decent web site, that is suitable for the most common browsers.

It looks to me like he bought hardware from that company (their main product seems to be "Digital Entertainment PC/Server's") and it came with "PVR software" which is something along the lines of "TiVo" for your PC I believe and he is looking for something better or easier to use or something? Am I on the right track Bdbrwn1977?
