ajajajjajajaj with divx???? Just kidding, i'm a xvid newbie myself. If i can make a suggestion do the following:
Download gordian knot, virtualdubmod and xvid RC3, install them.
Open gordian knot and use decrypter, dvd2avi, and let it make the avisynth file (.avs). Its not that difficult, if you need help just ask.
Once you have the .avs file you open virtualdubMod. Go to streams and select the RIGHT (check the language of the audio stream, could be a nasty surprice) audio stream. Then adjust the settings of XVID to what you prefer. Do a two pass. Save them as jobs and of you go.
Best quality will be achieved like this. And if it sounds like a lot of acraquedabra to you just ask what you want to know...but search the forums for excisting threads aswell.
It's funn.-------------------------
