I make backups of my DVD's using the XviD codec. However when I try to re-encode the XviD Material with virtualdub into smaller resolution to fit in my Archos player I get a audio out of sync problem! (Both on my PC AND the ****ty Archos AV340)
I even tried to use Divx with doctor Divx... same result.
I use MP3 as the audio stream but I don't "touch it", even so the Movie length seems to be shorter than the audio!
So it must miss some frames?
I also do convert some Enterprise Movies I downloaded and since most of them are convertable without any audio problems some just don't! Even when they show the same things using gspot!
Any idea why my and some other downloaded original created Movies are not convertable without audio problems?
Any help hardly appreciated - !
