Mpeg joiner

Hi. I wonder if anyone know which software is best for joining mpeg? Is it hard? If it's hard, is their any guide out there?

I would use "TMPGENc" (different from TMPGENc DVD Author). Use it's "Merge and Cut" feature under "File" > "Mpeg Tools" and go to the "Merge and Cut" tab.

The feature will only cut and or join mpegs.

MPEG1-VCD
MPEG2
MPEG2-SuperVCD

You can only join like files (e.g. MPEG1 to MPEG1)...
