Error ! PLEASE HELP!!!

When i want to encode to a divx File, i get the following error message:

Error: could not open log file

What's the Problem, what i have to do?

I used several encoders. My OS is Win XP Home
I even reinstalled the divx codec.

Please Help me.

It think you are using flaskmpeg, am I right?
It seems you forgot to make a "2-pass, first pass" before you tried to make a "2-pass, second pass".
The "first pass" makes a log file that is used in the "second pass" and if you haven't got the log file than you will get "Error: could not open log file".
