Compressing XviD

I got one large 1399meg XviD file! Its only 1hr30mins long and no action at all!

Is there anyway of compressing this to a single xvid file that wil fit on one cd [703meg or less] ????

1) Reduce the video bitrate

2) If the audio is other than .MP3, convert it to .MP3
