    Divx - VCD

I would like to watch my divx movies by using my VCD player.
Is there any possibility and technology to do this ?

    Thanx

    Not presently.

ther is however a raft of software available that will allow you to convert your files to VCD format which you can then burn to either a CD-R or R/W CD. If you're fortunate enough to have a "flexible" standalone player, it will be viewable.

This is a pretty good page that will help you convert to VCD.

Video forums, video software downloads, guides, blu-ray players and media.

It will give you step by step instructions!

There are no immediate plans for a divx player. Ultimately, it will depend upon the MPEG-4 licenses, which have sent the technology into a limbo.

MPEG-4 may appear in digital boxes or dvd players.
