In Virtualdubmod Log there i get this message "Dubrocessing thread has not cycled for ten seconds -- possible livelock. (Thread location: 08357634)

What does this mean ?

Dont care about !!!

It does only mean that the encoding process was paused (0fps) for ten seconds...

Could happen while using other progamms while encoding, or windows tasks !!!

But it shouldnt effect your encodes at all...

Im not sure about this...

But usually the last frame of a movie is anyhow pure black n' without sound !!!

So, I dont care about...

Just depend the number of frames from your encode with the source in VDub...
