Dumb Question: Is it possible to put subtitles on .mpg files?

    Hi dere guys

I downloaded Kill Bill Vol.1 at my house, I have a ADSL connection, but it was way too stressing so I asked my brother to download it on the lan house he works on. Problemn is hes a moron and more than one month after he havent finished it, so I just got mad and bought a 3 cds version. The CD is pretty weird

    it has 4 folders
    CD1
    ---EXT (with only SCANDATA.dat)
---MPEG2 (with AVSEQ01.mpg the movie file and its misteriously 800 megas long, and its in cd....)
    ---SEGMENT (with no files in)
    ---SVCD (with entries.svd, info.svd, lot;svd, psd.svd, tracks.svd and search.dat)

I dunno what to do with all da files except the .mpg, I can open it as any movie file, obviously, i has a pretty decent quality, not DVD quality tho. But my problemn is, I cant put subtitles in it. I opened it with BSplayer and when I opened it I got a message "Unknown File" but it played the video anyway but I couldnt use the "Open Subtitle" thing

So, is there a way to put subtitles in it? If there is how?

    Thanks for the attention mateys

"I downloaded Kill Bill Vol.1 at my house"

It is against the rules of the forums to make a reference to pirated material. See rule 6:

As far as being able to put subtitles on mpeg files, I don't believe it is possible.
