Audio Sync Problems

I'm having problems with DivX. On a DivX movie I have the audio isn't in sync with the video. I know I can fix this by interleaving but the problem only starts after 10mins and 42 seconds. I have yet to find how to start the interleaving on an AVI after a set time period. Can anyone help?

Use VirtualDub or VirtualDubMOD. From the "Edit" dropdown menu select your desired "Start" and "End" points. After that portion has been re-synched, re-save the ENTIRE .AVI with a new filename...
