I dont know if I am using the right word in my subject heading but here's my ?
I know how to add or remove subtitles that are in the srt format or sub etc BUT from my research so far it appears that subtitled films, such as those that i've been buying here in asia (VCDs) do not have such subtitles so how does one remove subtitles that are not below the image but on the image? (Outside of making evry frame into an image file and then deleting them with Photshop--the only solution I found so far--which would take about 50 years per movie). The question applies to avi files as well--or more so.
Knowing how to remove overdubbed voice (english is heard low in the backgorund would be nice to know as well but maybe this should be posted in a new thread)
