Joining XviD files in batch mode?

Can such a thing to be done somehow? I've got a bunch of xvid movies (hundreds of them), plus a small "advertising sequence" (2-3 sec). Here's my task: to add this advert to the end of all the movies. Like this:
    movie001+advert=movie001_adv
    movie002+advert=movie002_adv
    ....
    movie572+advert=movie572_adv
    etc.
Is there such a utility/software to make this HUGE work a bit easier? by making a batch queue. Additionally, it'll be better if i can merge movies without recoding them. Cause the source quality is not that good...

If they are IDENTICAL in BOTH video and audio formats (I'd be surprised if this is the case for you, based on how many you have), you can use VirtualDub's "job control" utility...
