How on earth do you guys convert?

Fisrt of all this is only my 2nd post here and i must say you guys were very helpful the first time so thank you!

Now..........seeing as im a dummy to this how to i make my QuickTime Vids into WMP? ive looked around to see if i can do it myself but with no luck, do i need to download somthing for it? cause i have like 100 people waiting to see the vid so i thought i better ask the pros on this!
