Help Identifying this Audio Stream

hi, i got this XviD file, and i cant seem to convert the audio stream, the video converted nicely in TMPGENC, but it freezes when i try to juss encode the audio, anyway i cant seem to convert it to any other audio stream, here is what VDUB said the stream was (check the pic) anyway its pissing me off.
