i've been trying to convert a AVI video file to DVD format so i can play on my standalone dvd player, but when converting and playing on dvd player or even on the pc the video is in a way lagged. the frame rate for the avi is 23.980 which is the frame rate for 'Films' i think when i'm tryin to convert it to dvd since its going from 23.980 frames to 25 frames (PAL) its skippy. does anyone know anyway to not get the skippyness. i really wanna watch the video without those problems, any help will be very appreciated.
