What's the best setting for the "Keyframe Interval" in nandub? To my knowledge, setting it to 1 second is preferred because it results in more keyframes and faster seek times for movies. Is there any disadvantages to this?

Shorter distances between keyframes allow faster seeking through the movie, but it reduces quality. Keyframes use more space than non-keyframes and so you will have less space for the non-keyframes. Best place for keyframes is at a scenechange, because a non-keyframe would have about the same size there as a keyframe. Nandub sets the keyframes automaticly at the scenechanges, so no matter if you select one keyframe every 10 seconds or every 1000 seconds, the result will be nearly the same. The only resulting problem is that it takes a long time to seek through long scenes without changes like the end credits.don't trust in guides
