Problems with CCE SP 2.67

I'm having some problems with CCE. Every time I want to encode an avi file, CCE gives me the error that the program coudn't find the appopriate xvid codec. I have the latest K-Lite Codec pac installed. I'm using CCE 2.67 trial version. Can anybody help me with this?

Check that your file functions perfectly.
For that uses a video utility:Gspot, Avicodec, Videotoolbox.
also check that the duration your software of conversion the CCE 2.67.
