    Does the v3.11 codec work with Windows XP?

          In theory any codecs that work with previous versions of Windows should have no problem working in XP ... the only thing that MAY give you problems is software ...

              No prob

              I'm using XP and have no probs.
              All my software that may use divx is working ok.
