No sound after converting to DVD

Hi, can anyone help me please. I use TMPGenc-plus 2.55.38.142 to reencode
and with some conversions I don't get sound.If I play back original file on PC I do get sound.G-spot details are:
Video.MPEG 1-Pa. Container. MPEG1 system stream^^(1vid,1aud,1other)sys bitrate 1411kb/s VBR. Audio. MPEG1,layer2. 0xc0:44100Hz 224kbs 2 channels.
Same problem also with; Video.Dx50/divx. Container. 36ms(1.1v frames)preload=468. Audio frames aligned on interleaves. Audio. MP3,ISO. 32000hz 92kbs 2 channel Lame 3.90. Many thanks.
Is there a program that will convert these original files to DVD format?

1) Use "TMPGEnc" (or "TMPGEncPlus") to convert the .AVI (DivX-compressed or otherwise) to compliant MPEG2-for-DVD format - You can use "TMPGEnc's" DVD wizard/template to accomplish this.

2) Use "TMPGEnc DVD Author" (a different program than "TMPGEnc") to easily create the required additional DVD files and structure (and chapters and a menu, if you wish).


**If the combined file size of the DVD "package" written to your hard drive is greater than 4.37Gb, use DVD Shrink to compress it down to fit on your recordable media.

yes, your using it.
this is the method i use for those types of files.

1) Use "TMPGEnc" (or "TMPGEncPlus") to convert the .AVI/MPG/wmv etc. to compliant MPEG2-for-DVD format - Use "TMPGEnc's" DVD wizard/template to accomplish this

"No Audio on Output File After Using TMPGEnc
This is usually caused by the compression on the audio of the source file. If it is an AVI file it is very common. With an AVI file the easiest things to do here are set DirectShow Multimedia File Reader's priority to 2 or even better demcompress the audio!

To change the priority of DirectShow, this is dont simply by clicking option - environmental setting. Click the VFAPI plug-in tab. You will see DirectShow in the list usually with a priority of -1. Right click on the NAME (not the priority) and click higher priority until the priority is 2 and it is at the top of the list. To decompress the audio for better results, do the following with VirtualDUB...

1. Click Video - Direct Stream Copy.
2. Click Audio - Full Processing Mode.
3. Click Audio - Compression. Select and click ok!
4. Click File - Save AVI and try it with TMPGEnc. "
