Someone please HELP!!!!

Cany anyone please tell me if they know of somewhere else i can download.... TMPGEnc 2.01.30.116.zip (or previous version) other than the official web site??? Every download i have found so far just links me to the official site and everytime i go there it seems to be that their server is down.
Any help would be really appreciated, thankyou.
