Xmpeg 4.5 error

hi, i been using xmpeg for a while now, and just upgraded to version 4.5, but i have a big problem, when i load any file into it, it says that it needs to check out the IDCT's and must run a test. so i click ok, and after about a minute, it closes itself down, and there is no way i can close the message without it running the test.

So i went back to 4.31 and it came up with the same message, and crashed

anyway to stop this test happening?

Let X-mpeg do the test ... it normally lasts for 4-5 minutes ... then you ll be able to run it.....

But let it do its job ... for a while ... ok ?

Dont worry that it would be as if it is not responding, it is running a test for IDCT ...

i already let it go...after about 3 minutes, it just closes itself... then after that....after i restart program, it does the test again
