xmpeg 4.5 or Flask preview 0.6

Which one should I use for best quality?

In Flask there's the HQ Bicubic filtering, and in xmpeg there's Bicubic and SSE Bicubic, can anyone tell me the difference between these 3 filters?

I'am pretty sure the bicubic resize in flask0.6 and xmpeg are the same, the sse bicubic is just a sse optimized version (which ofcause can only be used by cpu's that support sse).

Qualitywise the difference is next none, for downsizeing even bilinar is ok.

What's sse? And how can I know if my cpu supports it?

sse is an extension to the x86 instruction set, invented by intel, if I recall correctly, sse is supported by the Pentium 3 and 4, the Celeron, and AthlonXP processors.
