Can't hear any audio or convert the audio

I've got a divx of this film, the video is perfect, but I can neither hear or convert the audio in the file.
I've tried TMPGEnc to demux it, also VirtualDub, which won't open tha audio at all.
I've tried all the guides I can find to try and sort the problem, but I'm getting nowhere.
Could anybody please help and explain what I need to do.

Don't know if the image showing the file information from VirualDub is gonna show.

Try installing an AC3 codec.

I d/loaded the NIMO codec pack and now I can hear it.
Next stop another go at converting it to VCD.
