Convert XviD with dolby AC3 to DivX 6 with AC3

Hello.Could you advise me on how can i convert Xvid movie with AC3 to DivX 6 AC3?
I'm using Dr.DivX but it doesn't work with dolby AC3.

any reason you wish to do this? its not recommended-- i don't see any gain in going from xvid to divx; you'll just degrade quality

Yes i know.But the reason is my standalone DVD player Cyberhome doesn't work well with XviD and AC3.And i want to enjoy my movie with dolby digital sound
